Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Uppingham is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Uppingham and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK pharmacy law.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where we determine it is clinically inappropriate or unsafe to proceed. Providing false or misleading health information may result in immediate termination of your account and could pose serious risks to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a thorough clinical assessment by a qualified, registered prescriber. Submitting a consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. Our prescribers exercise independent clinical judgement in every case.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only in accordance with their stated instructions. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any medication supplied to you.
You are responsible for keeping your health information up to date. If your medical circumstances change after a prescription is issued, please contact us before continuing your treatment.
Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Your card will only be charged once your order is confirmed. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be processed promptly.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by one of our pharmacists, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier disruptions or incorrect delivery details provided by the patient. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK law and patient safety requirements.
If your medication arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly.
We take your privacy seriously and handle all personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. A copy of our Privacy Policy is available on our website.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Uppingham are intended to support, not replace, the advice of your regular GP or healthcare professional. Weight loss medications carry risks and are not suitable for everyone. You should inform your GP that you are using our service.
We do not accept liability for any adverse outcomes arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete health information by the patient, or from failure to follow the clinical guidance and instructions provided with your prescription.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
